These terms govern orders placed through this website with Donika Holding 1995, Blagoja Toska 155, 1200 Tetovo, North Macedonia.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is charged at the applicable Macedonian rate (5% or 18% depending on the product) and added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at the time your order is placed is the price you pay.
Orders
Placing an order through this site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is confirmed once you receive an order number. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order if a product becomes unavailable after it was placed.
Business accounts
Business accounts are subject to review and approval. Approved accounts may receive contract pricing, consolidated invoicing, and agreed payment terms as confirmed in writing with your account manager. We reserve the right to suspend an account for non-payment or breach of these terms.
Payment
Accepted payment methods include cash on delivery, bank transfer, and, for approved business accounts, invoiced payment terms as agreed. Standard consumer orders are due at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery
Delivery timing is confirmed at the time of order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect deliveries promptly and report any discrepancy or damage as soon as possible.
Returns
Returns are accepted for defective or incorrectly supplied items. Contact us with your order number before returning any item. Products returned in a resaleable condition within a reasonable period may be accepted at our discretion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Any dispute arising from an order placed through this site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of North Macedonia.
