We are a distributor, not a manufacturer. Our footprint is mostly transport and paper, so that is where we focus rather than where we do the reporting.
Consolidated delivery
Accounts on a regular schedule can receive one van instead of several, cheaper for both sides and a real reduction for a distributor.
Certified paper flagged
FSC and PEFC certification is shown on the catalogue line itself where applicable, with certificate details available on request.
Packaging returned
Pallets, stretch film and cardboard are collected on the next delivery and returned into the recycling stream through the Tetovo warehouse.
Refill before replace
Technical pens, markers and desk systems are stocked with their refills and spare parts, so the instrument outlives the consumable.
School collections
Unsold seasonal school stock is offered to schools nominated by our education accounts where possible.
What we do not claim
We are not carbon neutral and we do not buy offsets to say that we are.
